If anything happens to your Splash, we’ll replace it.

If your GreatCall Splash gets lost, is stolen or if it breaks, we’ll send you another one. Enjoy peace of mind for only $3 per month for the GreatCall Splash*.

*Monthly fee is per device. You must wait 60 days after enrollment before requesting a replacement device. Limit one replacement per 12-month period. There is a $15 replacement fee for the GreatCall Splash, a $25 replacement fee for the Jitterbug Flip, and a $50 replacement fee for the Jitterbug Smart. All fees include delivery of a refurbished replacement device within 7 days.

Automatically calls for help if you fall.

The fall detection feature works with your 5Star Service on the Splash device to detect a fall. When you wear your Splash device in a specially designed Lanyard Accessory Set we provide, fall detection’s advanced technology can sense sudden movement. If a fall is detected, the Splash device automatically connects you to an IAED (Formerly NAED) Certified Response Agent who will confirm your location using patented GPS technology, evaluate the situation and get you the help you need.

How it works:
  1. 1 If a fall occurs and you are unable to press the button on your Splash, it will detect the fall.
  2. 2 Your Splash automatically calls 5Star Service and connects you with an Urgent Response Agent.
  3. 3 5Star Urgent Response Agents will get you the help you need.
