By accessing 5Star Service on your GreatCall device, you’ll be immediately connected to a 5Star Agent who will quickly identify you and confirm your location with patented GPS technology. They’ll carefully assess your situation, along with the details you provide in your Personal Profile, including medications, allergies and medical health history.

The GreatCall Link app shows:

  • The power level of the connected device
  • A list of daily activities, as noted in the Personal Profile
  • Alerts when an emergency call is made to 5Star
  • Current location on a map through patented GPS technology

The Check-in Call

Friendly automated calls will check in with you daily

This helpful service will call to check in with you as often as you like. Questions relating to pain level, appetite, overall well-being and sleep quality can be asked on each call based on the information in your Personal Profile. If you reply that you need assistance, or if you miss a call, we will send a notification for help to a friend or relative listed as a personal contact.
