As part of the Urgent Response and Lively Link services, Lively uses geolocation information from your device. For Urgent Response, we use location information from your device to help determine your location so that our care agents can provide location information to third-party providers, including emergency responders and/or your authorized emergency contacts in case of an emergency. For Lively Link, with your permission, family and friends can view your location and changes in your daily activity.
