    From the launch screen you can either tap the 5Star Button for immediate help from one of our NAED Certified Response Agents, or tap on the Main Menu button to access the main menu. This screen can be personalized with a photo of your choice in the upper left corner, and provides access to our Urgent Care service, included with your 5Star subscription

    On the main menu screen you can easily access all of the features 5Star Urgent Response has to offer and tap the Call 5Star button at the bottom for immediate help. The Call 5Star Button appears on every screen. The first time you visit the main menu a help bubble will appear, prompting you to fill out your Personal Profile – an essential tool vital to 5Star's personalized safety in any situation.

    Your personal safety and security information can be very important in an urgent situation but it should also be kept private, safe and secure. The 5Star app data on your smartphone is encrypted, PIN protected and is securely housed on systems located in a SOC 1 SSAE 16 and SOC 2 compliant data center and is only shared with emergency personnel in the event of a critical situation.

  • My Personal Profile

    Your Personal Profile contains comprehensive, personal details such as emergency contacts and medical conditions, which allow the Agent to assist you better in an urgent situation. The more information that you provide in your Personal Profile, the more prepared you will be in the event of an emergency. Whether it's the contact information of a loved one, or important medical history, 5Star Agents will use this information to assist you quickly and safely. A progress bar at the top of your screen will keep track of your progress in filling out your profile. You may opt out of some sections that you do not want to complete but be more prepared the closer you get to 100%.

  • Emergency Contacts

    You may enter a list of emergency contacts, which play a crucial role in ensuring the peace of mind of yourself and those that love you. The 5Star app makes this simple by allowing you to copy existing contacts right from your iPhone. With your emergency contacts list up to date, your 5Star NAED Certified Response Agent will have a go to list of people in your life that can be reached in the event of an urgent situation.

    On this screen you will provide important medical information that will give our Response Agents another tool in assisting you under any situation. Current and past medications, medical or physical conditions, as well as current doctor and hospital information will provide our agents a more complete background on your overall health situation to help provide the best possible assistance in any situation.
