Urgent Care Main Menu

On the main menu screen, you can quickly get to anything you might want to do. To call a live, registered nurse or access a doctor, just tap on the Call Urgent Care button on the screen. From the Main Menu, you can also look up a number of health related symptoms affecting you or your account settings. When you call Urgent Care, you’ll be instantly connected to a live, registered nurse who can escalate to a board-certified doctor around the clock - no appointments necessary. Plus, this service is available in English and Spanish.
Symptoms

Beyond having access to a live registered nurse who can escalate to a board-certified doctor by day or night, the Urgent Care app enables you to search your health related symptoms by keywords, body area and by alphabet. You can even search what you’ve entered in the past, so you have a recorded history of your searches. Enter in any type of symptom – from headaches to leg injuries using keyword search – and the look-up feature will pull up a list of symptoms, warnings, tests, prevention and results. The Urgent Care app provides immediate convenient access to a wealth of medical information to address any health concerns when it arrives.
Symptom Look-up

The Urgent Care app has an in-app, built-in feature that allows you to search your symptoms. Enter in your medical symptom condition, and the app will pull up a list of related symptoms. You can narrow down your symptom as it relates to your specific condition. Tap on your specific symptom, and it will provide the definition of the symptom, alternative names, causes, incidences, and risk factors. It will also identify signs, tests, treatment, support groups, prognosis, complications and tips for prevention.
Body Search

You can search your symptoms by body area using the fun and interactive avatar. The left blue circular icon enables you to change your avatar from a Man to a Woman, or a boy child to a girl child. And the right blue circular icon enables you to have your avatar turn around to profile your back. Whether you have symptoms on the front of your body, on your back or whether you're a child or woman, the search by body area allows you to customize your specific conditions that relate to you.
