GreatCall devices will work almost everywhere in the U.S. where cellular service is available from most of the major carriers. If you have coverage with one of the major carriers in your area, then it is likely that you will have coverage with GreatCall. Our coverage map estimates where your GreatCall phone will work.

A number of factors affect the specific coverage you will get including signal strength, weather, geography, topography, buildings and the radio transmissions your GreatCall cell phone can pick up.

As with all mobile devices, you will not have access to 911 operators when cellular service is not available.
